Resources We Use & Love

For thousands of years, people have been grinding grain with natural stones  - today, electric household mills with natural stones are a rarity!

Today it is more common to find mills with artificial grinding stones made of corundum or ceramic. These consist largely of aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide. Both of which are very toxic to the human body.

Our milling stones are Granite mined in nature - the grinding stones are without binding agents, pure and traditional..

We also pride ourselves on the unique craftsmanship of each and every mill, no assembly line carelessness!

As I research and get started gathering materials for my own future homeschool I love this group that has SO MANY useful and creative resources put together. They offer tips and support and their units are absolutely gorgeous!

This machine makes the infusing of oils, milks, honey and butter so much easier and beautiful. What I love about it is that I can put fresh herbs straight out of my garden into the cartridge and it will dry them for me and then infuse whatever oil I desire with the touch of a button!
